Role OverviewThe Master Teacher/Center Coordinator is responsible for teaching and maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate pre-school classroom. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of all classrooms within the program and act as a liaison between the Watertown School District and Community Action. The Pre-K Coordinator will supervise all Pre-K staff and be responsible for all supervisory and management paperwork.
What You Will Do
Provide activities for preschool children, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, complete written observations of children, ensure classrooms follow State Education Department guidelines, and manage staff behavior. The Master Teacher/Center Coordinator will also conduct parent conferences, complete developmental screenings, and track attendance.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent coursework, four years of experience in Early Childhood, and two years of supervision experience.
