Develops lesson plans consistent with established guidelines, establishes effective rapport with students, staff members, and parents, and motivates students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge to provide an effective educational foundation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in ECE, Child Development, Education or a CDA or Staff Credential
- Emergent Literacy for VPK Instructors
- Implementing the State Standards in Preschool Classrooms: 3 Years Old to Kindergarten
- First Aid CPR
