Role Overview

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit resolution while working alongside an established team dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will build strong case foundations, advocate for clients at every stage of the pre-suit process, and collaborate with a team committed to achieving results.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include case evaluation and pre-suit strategy, preparing and issuing demand packages, negotiating settlements with insurance carriers, and managing a caseload of personal injury matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Virginia and/or West Virginia
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims practices in Virginia and/or West Virginia
  • Excellent negotiation, case evaluation, and case management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
