Your primary responsibilities will include case evaluation and pre-suit strategy, preparing and issuing demand packages, negotiating settlements with insurance carriers, and managing a caseload of personal injury matters.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Virginia and/or West Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims practices in Virginia and/or West Virginia
- Excellent negotiation, case evaluation, and case management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
