Job Description
As a Pre-Owned Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing sales consultants, working with third-party vendors, and achieving monthly sales quotas. You will also be responsible for managing the sales department, inventory lot, and purchase of vehicles from auction and off-lease returns.

Requirements

  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
  • Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required
  • Prior new car sales manager experience a preferred
  • 3-5 years of automotive experience required
