Role OverviewThis program offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in the automotive industry, working alongside an experienced technician and gaining insight into various aspects of auto body repair. The 30-day trial is a qualification for the 18-month Technician Development Program.
What You Will Do
Assist in performing basic auto body repairs, learn to use and maintain tools and equipment, participate in vehicle inspections, and collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.

Must be at least 18 years of age, have a strong interest in the automotive industry, and a desire to learn and develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
- Some on-the-job experience is preferred
- I-CAR Gold Class preferred
