Job Description
This position is responsible for tracking orders and inventory, working with QC and Yard Manager to prioritize production items, and updating spreadsheets and reporting tools. Additionally, this role involves assisting with quality control, supply procurement, and receiving, as well as evaluating and improving the product selection and shipping process.

Requirements

  • Product line forecasting from sold orders, potential, and will-call orders
  • Maintain reporting tools between office, yard, and Quality Control
  • Update QuickBooks inventory every week or year-end inventory true-ups
  • Assist project coordinator in forecasting material supply items & updating inventory
  • Evaluate the product selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency
