Role OverviewThe Precision Strike Chief of Staff will partner across Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) Divisions, SI&WS site leadership, and Enterprise Engineering teams to establish and ensure operational excellence in the SI&WS engineering organization. This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, quickly produce results, and influence leaders across various sites.
What You Will Do
The position will support the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for the Engineering. Responsibilities include ensuring organizational alignment with Boeing processes, program management best practices, and compliance requirements.
