Job Description
Nudge is seeking a Preclinical Lab Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and infrastructure of the preclinical research organization and rodent vivarium. The role involves managing rodent vivarium operations, supporting animal care technicians, and maintaining animal research compliance.
Requirements
4+ years of preclinical, academic, or industry research lab experience
Experience working with rodent colonies and supporting mouse and/or rat research workflows
Familiarity with animal research compliance (IACUC or equivalent) and lab safety standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
