Job Description
The Preconstruction Director is a key member of each project team, leading McCarthy's team efforts to provide preconstruction services to clients. They will participate in interviews, assist with RFP responses, and provide value alternative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
  • 10-15 Years of applicable estimating, design management and/or field management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices
  • Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
  • Ability to build trust and influence others internally and externally
