The Preconstruction Director serves as a key member of each project team, leading McCarthy's team efforts to provide preconstruction services to clients, and is responsible for preconstruction activities, budget control, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • 10-15 years of applicable estimating, design management, and/or field management experience
  • Proven experience managing preconstruction for large scale projects with emphasis on highly complex projects
