Job Description
We are seeking a Preconstruction Director to lead the preconstruction department and guide clients and internal teams from conceptual handoff through construction-ready execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in residential construction, with a strong focus on preconstruction, estimating, and project development
  • Custom residential remodeling experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
  • Advanced Excel skills for estimating and budgeting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
