Job Description
Signal Energy is a full-service design/build contractor providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for utility scale solar energy projects across North America. The Preconstruction Pursuit Manager leads all pre-award activities for assigned solar EPC pursuits, guiding and executing strategy, coordination, risk posture, and proposal execution from RFP receipt through project award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracts and risk allocation.
  • Experience leading complex proposals or pursuits in construction or energy infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Utility-scale solar experience preferred.
