Job Description
The Preconstruction Manager will plan and implement delivery of new business initiatives and preconstruction services, plan and monitor overall strategic direction for projects, and develop customer and design team relationships. The role will also involve developing conceptual estimates, submitting proposals, and managing financial aspects of proposals and contracts.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
  • 4+ years of industry knowledge of mechanical and plumbing
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
