Job Description
Responsible for initiating and cultivating new business, maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors, and performing pre-construction services, including estimating and budgeting projects. Flintco Pre-construction Managers are responsible for estimating and budgeting conceptual and lump sum bid projects and performing overall Pre-construction Services in cooperation with corporate goals and the local marketing and business plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
At least 5 years' experience in commercial construction in estimating and preconstruction functions
LEED Accreditation and other industry related certifications a plus
