Role Overview

The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for guiding/mentoring other team members and ensuring companywide success in adherence to MCC Standards and all preconstruction activities. The position requires strong communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to own one's work and deliver a clear message.

What You Will Do

The Preconstruction Manager will represent the Preconstruction Team to clients, meet client needs, and perform value management analysis. They will also coordinate with the operations team, maintain the Manhattan Code of Business Practices, and establish and monitor subcontractor relationships.
