What You Will Do
Lead role managing $50 million+ budget proposals and supervising typically 3 person teams to provide comprehensive and complete estimates for projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Construction Management, or related engineering discipline, and 5 to 8 years minimum in commercial construction industry, with 3 to 5 years minimum in the Preconstruction Segment.
Requirements

- 5 to 8 years minimum in commercial construction industry
- 3 to 5 years minimum in the Preconstruction Segment, with two years managing large commercial construction projects ($50 million+)
