Role OverviewThe Preconstruction Manager assumes the lead role in directing activities necessary to prepare best in class budget proposals and/or bids for prospective and current clients.
What You Will Do
Lead role managing $50 million+ budget proposals, supervising teams, providing design assist/constructability reviews, and collaborating with the Operations team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in commercial construction, 3-5 years in Preconstruction, and a mastery level of understanding and implementation of preconstruction standards and procedures.
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management, or related engineering discipline
- 5 to 8 years minimum in commercial construction industry
- 3 to 5 years minimum in the Preconstruction Segment, with two years managing large commercial construction projects ($50 million+)
