Role Overview

The Preconstruction Services Manager will be responsible for estimating and leading the estimating group on design phase cost estimates, identifying utility conflicts, and performing quantity take-off. The role requires proficiency in scope analysis, estimating deficiencies, and project RFQ and RFP development.

What You Will Do

The Preconstruction Services Manager will perform tasks such as reading drawings, geo-tech reports, and specifications, formulating unit prices, soliciting subcontractor/supplier participation, writing RFIs, and developing project databases.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of estimating or field experience, with previous experience in hard bid municipal commercial projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, along with computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of MC2.
