Job Description
The Prefabrication Integration Specialist will support prefabrication activities on projects, assist with building out prefabrication processes, tools, and best practices, and collaborate with a Prefabrication Leader. This position requires making decisions, providing recommendations, and referring exceptions to supervisor, as needed.

Requirements

  • Supports project-level efforts to integrate prefabrication work
  • Tracks and records prefabrication related project metrics
  • Addresses questions and provides resources to project teams
  • Implements prefabrication best practices on projects
  • Communicates potential changes to processes and resources
  • Develops knowledge of prefabrication resources, implementation guides, and best practices
  • Engages cross-functionally with field, operations, and supporting functions
