Premier & Private Banking - Private Bank Relationship Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in progressive sales management, extraordinary client service and client/prospect calling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous Premier & Private Banker experience and exceptional Client Services experience
• Previous Wealth Management / Financial Planning Experience
• Passionate and motivated self-starter
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
• Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient at working with multiple computer and Microsoft Office software applications
• Client service driven; very responsive and understanding to the needs of Premier & Private Banking client issues and concerns
• Specialized competencies including basics of financial planning, asset/investment types and allocation methodologies, basics of wealth management
• Strong financial acumen and conceptual understanding of risk management; specialized competencies in delivery of deposit, loan and other banking products and services
• Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to speak effectively to internal and external clients
• Strong professional and etiquette behaviors
• Proven track record of prospecting new relationships, as well as enhancing existing ones, and meeting or exceeding goals
• Proven sales skills and client management experience
• Cooperates and works collaboratively toward solutions that generally benefit all involved parties; works cooperatively with others to accomplish company objectives
• Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence
• Makes decisions authoritatively and wisely, after adequately contemplating various available courses of action
