Job Description
The Premium Accounting Associate will perform premium and general accounting tasks, including preparing and inputting cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general journal entries. They will also record premium collection for each policyholder, balance company for month end closing, and maintain cash logs and imaging folders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associates in Accounting/Bookkeeping preferred
  • Up to 2 years’ proven Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
  • Insurance background helpful
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Accurate 10-key by touch and moderate Excel skills required
