Job Description
The Premium Concierge serves as liaison between Kaseya Center premium guests and the Arena staff to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to ticketing, food and beverage, housekeeping, and general Arena Operations.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  • Respects and understands client and celebrity confidentiality
