Job Description
Global Atlantic is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and oversee the growth of new business within their Preneed business in the Northwest region. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, managing account growth, and ensuring business strategy is executed. The position requires strong prospecting, closing skills, and mastery of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Develop and lead the sales support functions in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and report on the regional sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales prospecting.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
  • Builds and maintains strong internal relationships with management, sales administration, marketing, and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
  • Good project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must reside in the Northwest territory.
  • Travel of 6- 12 nights per month.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Benefits
