The Prep Cook (Kitchen Prep Member) is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with cooks and chefs to ensure timely and accurate preparation of ingredients.

The Prep Cook will wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients, set up workstations, replenish ingredients and supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
