Role OverviewPrep Cook is responsible for preparing food and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team. The Prep Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and must be able to stand and walk during the entire shift.
What You Will Do
The Prep Cook will measure, wash, peel, cut, grind, and mix ingredients to prepare for cooking or serving. They will also store food in designated containers and storage areas, place food trays over food warmers, and clean and sanitize the workstation area and all kitchen equipment.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant kitchen service
- California Food Handlers card
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
