What You Will Do
Complete tasks on the prep list, label and stock ingredients, wash and chop ingredients, measure seasonings, parboil food, and clean the kitchen. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to order resupply and maintain inventory.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Prep Cook
- Certified in proper food handling, ideally through a ServSafe Certification
- Superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely

- Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling and preparation
- Good math skills with a clear understanding of cooking measurements
- Strong sense of smell and taste
