Job Description
Prep Cook/Tortilla Prep is responsible for producing all food items according to Torchy’s standards and recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and upholding food safety and HACCP techniques.

Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
  • Basic knife safety, basic communication and reading, and the ability to multi-task
