Prepared Plant Sanitation

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment, production areas, floors, walls, drains, and other areas of the plant.

What You Will Do

Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, conveyors, tables, walls, floors, drains, and other facility areas; follow established sanitation procedures and schedules.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous sanitation, janitorial, food processing, or poultry plant experience preferred but not required; ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, hoses, pressure washers, and basic cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and willing to work scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
• Must be 18 years old
