Role OverviewAs the Preschool Assistant Director, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of center operations, including compliance, staffing, family engagement, and financial performance. Your role will ensure that the school provides outstanding care and education while promoting a positive, faith-based culture for both staff and families. This position involves a dual role, with 50% of your time spent in the classroom.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and company standards, help lead, mentor, and develop your team of educators and support staff, manage enrollment, family relationships, and community outreach, help monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance, ensure curriculum implementation and classroom quality, and maintain a safe, nurturing, and faith-based environment for children and staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
- High School Diploma and CDA required
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to complete 30 hours of annual training
