Oversee daily operations, lead and mentor staff, manage enrollment and family relationships, monitor budgets, and ensure curriculum implementation and classroom quality.

Requirements
- Meets Texas licensing requirements for Center Director (Valid Director's Credentials)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to complete 30 hours of annual training
