Requirements

  • Proven leadership in an early childhood facility with multiple classrooms and programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree plus 1+ year in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and meeting company standards.
  • Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
