What You Will Do
Teach and inspire young minds, plan fun and engaging learning experiences, and support children's social-emotional growth. Lead your classroom, create a warm and welcoming environment, and follow Virginia licensing and LeafSpring standards.

Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks–5 years
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong understanding of child development
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED
