What You Will Do
The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for the overall management of the classroom, implementation of developmentally appropriate instruction, supervision of classroom staff, and communication with families.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills

- Ability to provide a nurturing environment while maintaining clear and consistent expectations
- Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of Immaculate Conception School
- Ability to meet all background check, Safe Environment, and employment requirements of Immaculate Conception School and the Diocese of Nashville
