Job Description
Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) is seeking a Preschool Teacher to work with young children in a quality early childhood program. The successful candidate will provide a safe and nurturing environment, support the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children, and work collaboratively with families.

Requirements

  • Works as part of a teaching team
  • Develops and maintains a warm, secure, affectionate, social-emotional climate for young children
  • Uses the HighScope curriculum to plan environments, activities, schedules, and daily routines for young children
  • Observes, screens, and assesses young children to provide support for ongoing developmental progress and achievement of RCMA School Readiness goals
  • Maintains a safe and healthy environment
  • Partners with families and commits to professionalism and RCMA
