Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and nurturing Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and eager to support the spiritual, emotional, and academic growth of children in a Christian setting.
Requirements
Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans
Foster a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for children
Help teach Christian values, Bible stories, and prayers
Provide constant supervision during classroom activities
Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behavior
Help with administrative duties
Work closely with the Curriculum Specialist and leadership
Maintain a positive relationship with parents
Perform opening and closing procedures
Complete first aid/CPR certification
