Role OverviewAgape Childcare Staffing places substitute teachers in preschools and day schools when regular staff are out. You may step in as the lead teacher or assistant, depending on the day and classroom.
What You Will Do
Lead a classroom independently, support the lead teacher, maintain a safe environment, follow classroom procedures, and communicate with school staff.

Requirements
- Experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or preschool setting
- Reliable, full-day availability on committed weekdays
- Comfortable adapting to different classrooms and age groups on short notice
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to actively supervise, move around the classroom, and lift up to 30 lbs
