Job Description
Lyra Health is seeking a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide mental health care services on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychiatric-mental health medication management and a strong commitment to providing safe, evidence-based treatment.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program or accredited PA program with certification through PANCE
Unrestricted state license
Minimum of 2 years in practice
Ability to provide care to patients with a full range of diagnoses and clinical complexity
