President

The President will play a critical role in the growth and success of our business by overseeing sales strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as a champion of company culture. The President will be instrumental in shaping strategic direction, driving revenue performance, and ensuring operational excellence through a strong and unified leadership team.

What You Will Do

Help lead and develop sales pipeline and backlog growth for design and install division, lead the development and execution of sales and client acquisition strategies to grow the maintenance division, cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry professionals, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive top-line growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Experience managing cross-functional operations in a high-growth service business
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, landscape project workflows and business systems (e.g., Aspire) and financial reporting tools
