Job Description
Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is looking for a Lead in the Press department. The role involves assisting the supervisor, instructing and directing employees, and performing regular job duties. The position requires 3+ years of experience in a production environment, prior experience in a press department or forging is a plus.

Requirements

  • Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
  • Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time is critical.
  • Perform all functions of a Press Operator.
  • Provide work direction, instruction, feedback and assist Press Department team in performance of job duties.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with employees across all levels and departments within APP.
