Role OverviewJoin a growing team with a company that invests in its people and promotes from within. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility.
What You Will Do
Run a safe, clean operation, lift and remove parts from conveyor line, maintain product specifications, trim, assemble and pack parts, supply lines and packing/stage areas with required materials, rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours, work all scheduled shifts.

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
