Role OverviewA Preventative Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. The role requires some skills and experience in mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, as well as good communication skills.
What You Will Do
Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and caulking tubs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. Good customer skills and open availability are also required.
