Role OverviewA Preventative Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the hotel remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times. This position focuses on proactive maintenance, early detection of issues, and completing repairs before they impact the guest experience.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include equipment & systems maintenance, general repairs & troubleshooting, and safety, communication & team support.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of building maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus
