Role OverviewThe Preventive Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of preventive and predictive maintenance to protect and maintain the buildings, equipment, and facilities.

Responsible for scheduling, inventory, and all matters related to preventive maintenance. Establishes routine and preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and buildings.

Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of plant operations and engineering.
- Experience with construction and working with subcontractors preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of experience in plant engineering and/or trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, refrigeration, ground maintenance, masonry, and facility maintenance.
- Requires 2-3 years of mid-level management experience.
- Knowledge of State & federal regulations, Title 22, and NFPA 101: Life Safety Code is preferred.
- Strong organizational, written, computer, and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a passion and history of providing excellent customer service.
