Role Overview

The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing, training, and documenting compliance with ORR Policy Section 4, 5, and the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment. They will establish a respectful and supportive workplace environment and elevate issues to Program leadership and ORR.

What You Will Do

The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager will perform duties including providing child-friendly PSA orientations, reviewing grievances, promoting a culture of safety, and working with Program leadership and ORR's PCAN Team to ensure implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields
  • At least one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Bilingual (English Spanish)
  • Valid state driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a good driving record
