Role OverviewThe Prevention Program Manager oversees the countywide Substance Use Disorders Prevention (SUD) Program, providing leadership and support to the Youth Services Prevention team. The Program Manager oversees program implementation and quality, staff development, grants and budgets, data and outcomes, and partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The successful applicant will oversee SUD prevention and education programs, administer the development, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of SUD prevention programs, and supervise staff. They will also work closely with licensed professionals to educate and support effective best practice prevention and intervention practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or other closely related field, plus four years of closely related experience, including one year of supervisory experience. The successful applicant must also pass a required background check.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or other closely related field
- Four years of closely related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License accepted by the State of Utah
- Pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program
