Role OverviewThe Prevocational DSP provides service coordination to individuals participating in the Prevocational program, organizing and implementing workshops to provide job and living skills. The role involves establishing and maintaining good working relationships with staff and clients, providing ongoing service to individuals, and assisting in the development and implementation of vocational goals.
What You Will Do
The Prevocational DSP will assist participants with daily activities, such as prepping for sandwiches, drinks, and cleaning of the cafe. They will also assist individuals with volunteer opportunities to develop regular work and soft skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Current NY State driver's license
- Experience working with community human service providers and working with Developmentally Disabled population
- Knowledge of community human service providers
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
