Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Pricing Actuary to develop long-horizon actuarial tasks, create scenarios for Reserving, and design Pricing and rate indications tasks. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in P&C or life actuarial work and expertise in loss reserving, rate indications, and actuarial tools.
Requirements
3+ years in P&C or life actuarial work at a carrier, consultancy, or reinsurer
Expertise in loss reserving, rate indications, IBNR methodology, and actuarial tools like Arius, ResQ, Igloo, R, or Python
Strong written communication skills for articulating reasoning and creating deterministic rubrics
