Role OverviewThe Pricing Analyst plays a key role in advancing data-driven pricing decisions that support profitable growth across the business division. This role partners with General Manager, Sales, Product Management, Customer Analytics, and Finance to evaluate pricing opportunities, assess special price deviation proposals, and translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 plus years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, market research, or data-driven business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization and analytics tools preferred.
- Experience with pricing software, including Pricefx, is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate margin impact, customer dynamics, competitive positioning, and commercial trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain pricing concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build effective business relationships, and manage multiple priorities with competing timelines.
