Role OverviewThe Pricing Compliance Specialist will identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of Lading and the TMS / OVP / OVQ systems to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS-compliant manifests. This role requires troubleshooting, validation, and communication skills to ensure compliance issues are resolved. The Specialist will work on-site 5 days a week and perform other duties as requested.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot rate retrieval errors, validate rate accuracy, issue manifest correctors, navigate TMS and contract search features, communicate with teams, and reconcile discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.
