Job Description
Our company is a leader in systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services. We are seeking a Pricing Director to develop compliant, competitive, and financially sound pricing strategies in support of government and commercial business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, or government contracting finance
  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government pricing requirements
  • Experience developing pricing for both government and commercial contracts
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (complex models, large datasets)
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a proposal or program environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
